What are the shipping charges for orders within Pakistan?
We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,000. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge of PKR 200 applies across Pakistan.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas. During sale periods, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
What is edenrobe's return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 15 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as online payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) and popular mobile wallets like JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the order can no longer be cancelled.
