Returns & Exchanges
At edenrobe, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a flexible 10-day exchange policy for unused items with original tags. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email within 10 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all edenrobe brand tags and packaging intact for a successful review.
- 3.Ship the Item
Once your request is authorized, securely pack the item and send it back to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service at your own expense.
- 4.Processing & Exchange
After our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, we will issue a coupon code or dispatch the replacement item to your original address.
